Have you ever had one of those days where a simple task was like climbing Everest?

a feeling where you simply had no more energy to give?

Well… if that’s the case, then you ARE OUT…

Contributing factors can have a toll on your weakened state for example; damaged muscles, using medicine and as simple as lack of muscle use can be the things that want to make you throw in the towel.

First, you have to realise that your body may be stressed out physically and exhausted in need of rest and time off.

Whenever you’re feeling weak and tired remember these
4 tips that could help you get on your way.

  • Rest, don’t feel guilty, it may be exactly what you need.
  • Manage your mental state, try to get moving or take a deep breath to change the way you’re feeling.
  • Exercise or get a workout, your daily routine may cause certain muscles to weaken, all the long hours in the office keeps us from using certain muscles.
  • Ask for help, it may seem unnecessary, but a little feedback whether it’s a friend or a check-up might answer your questions.

If your weakened state continues or surpasses a couple of days, we highly recommend you seek medical attention or get referred to a physiotherapist. Physiotherapy can help target the source of your problems, rebuilding and rehabilitating lost and tired muscles.
